Paul Anselmo, Chief Executive Officer

Paul Anselmo brings more than 28 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries.  Prior to founding SigniaDocs, Anselmo served as President and CEO of Mortgage Resource Network (MRN), a Business Process Outsource and technology provider to the mortgage industry which he founded in 1999.  Clayton Holdings acquired the company in 2006 with Anselmo serving as a member of the executive management team. He left Clayton to concentrate on the launch of SigniaDocs at the end of 2006.

Joe Filoseta, President

As President of SigniaDocs, Inc. Joe brings his extensive experience in the financial services industry which aligns nicely with the industry-leading capabilities of SigniaDocs. Joe has help pioneer the development and use of advanced technologies to the entire mortgage life cycle and helped propel the industry to adopt automated underwriting in both origination and default servicing. His experience building and marketing both origination and servicing technologies to leading industry organizations blends well with the capabilities of the SigniaDocs eServices platform.

Charles E. Epperson, Chief Technology Officer

Charles E Epperson is the Chief Technology Officer for SigniaDocs.  He has over 19 years of Information Systems and IT management experience in the areas of operations, programming, business analysis, software design and development, and electronic commerce and eMortgage technologies / implementation.  In his current role at SigniaDocs, he is active in the research, development and implementation of paperless real estate transactions, electronic intelligent document production, electronic mortgage transactions and e-closings utilizing enforceable electronic document, digital signatures, electronic storage, delivery, and the use of secure virtual transaction folders for all real estate transaction participants.
